Rowen Holder, Staff Writer
Senior Rowen Holder is a first year writer for the Dover Dispatch. Holder is involved with Dover Drumline, marching band, the fall play, spring musical, girls’ varsity tennis team and Renaissance Choir. She hopes to pursue a career in Forensics or Pathology but is undecided on the college.
