Elisee Okenge, Staff Writer
Junior Elisee Okenge is in her first year writing for Dover Dispatch but is in her third year of band and has been involved with marching band and choir since she was a freshman. She hopes to attend York College of Pennsylvania for nursing and wants to help as many people as she can.
