Charles Torres, Assistant Editor
Senior Charles Torres is an assistant editor in his second year writing for the Dover Dispatch. Torres is involved with the CTE program for graphic design and he is a contributor to A Talon’s Touch Literary Magazine. He has dreams of attending Penn State for writing.
