Paris Dugan, a sophomore, is a hard working, new addition to the Dover Dispatch staff. She enjoys playing basketball in her free time and being with her best friends. Paris is a proud little sister to three brothers and a big sister to one. She plays basketball, and gets lost in the game because it takes her mind off of the real world.
