District gets fresh logo

For those of you who didn’t know our school, and logo, is getting a fresh new look. A company named Jostens and a few companies under it are in charge of creating the new logo.  School Mark helped us to make our school logo, with the help of a few of our students.  This has been going on for about a year, complete with all the surveys, compiling results, giving information to Jostens, receiving updated renditions and then conducting the process over again. Director of Communications, Brad Perkins, said, “There were approximately eight different rounds after the initial concept art was received.” The logo has been completed, but they are still working on a two color version of the logo. Perkins said, “This is something that we as district needed to do.” With the construction of the new high school almost complete, the new logo will be a great change for our district.
